Libya is a parliamentary republic and is theoretically lead by a government called the House of
Representatives. However this government is split into two factions and can't do much whilst
separated, and even when United most of the country is mostly ruled by religious militants who all
believe the country belongs to them. Fortunately the UN is hosting reconciliation talks between the
two. The result of this discussion has not been reached as of yet, and I will be interested to see the
final result. I assume the discussion will be heated and will most likely end in catastrophic or a
peaceful conclusion. However, I also wonder if they will even take place.
